Who we are

Trade only

We are a wholesale bakery. This site is addressed to businesses: hotels, cafés, restaurants and caterers. We do not sell to the public, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell to consumers.

Enquiries are not orders

The enquiry form is a request for a conversation, not a purchase. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, and we are not obliged to accept any enquiry. Any supply of goods is agreed separately in writing between us and your business, and is governed by the terms agreed at that point, not by these website terms.

Product information

We work to keep the product information on this site accurate, including allergen information. Recipes describe our bread as made: our recipe contains no egg, and our products are made in a kitchen that also handles egg and sesame. Always check the information supplied with the goods themselves, and see our allergens page before serving our bread to your customers. Site content is general information, not advice for any specific dietary need.

Intellectual property

The Ladi Pav name, the लादी पाव lockup, the wordmark, and the text, photography and films on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view the site for your business's own use. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse any of it commercially without our written permission.

Liability

We provide this website as is and do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms and the site at any time. The date at the top shows when these terms last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
