Privacy policy

Last updated: 17 August 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Snac Fresh 108 Ltd, trading as Ladi Pav, registered in England and Wales under company number 16907536, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ. Contact: hello@ladipav.food.

What we collect

  • Trade enquiry form: your name, business name, work email, business type, and anything you choose to add: a phone number, sizes, weekly volumes, or a message.
  • Technical data: our server briefly processes your IP address to protect the enquiry form from abuse (rate limiting). We do not use it to identify you.

That is all. The site has no accounts, no tracking pixels, and no advertising.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to run that trading relationship. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you contacted us as a business, and responding is what you asked for. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing you have not asked about.

Who processes it for us

When you submit an enquiry, it is delivered to us by service providers acting on our instructions: our website host, our customer relationship system, our internal messaging tool, and our email delivery service. Some of these providers process data outside the UK; where they do, transfers are covered by recognised safeguards such as the UK extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any trading relationship that follows, then delete them. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we do not keep it beyond a reasonable follow-up period.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, or ask us to restrict it. Email hello@ladipav.food and we will deal with it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies
